Black bean cakes were what dinner consisted of tonight - that and some curried chicken served over rice.

The curried chicken was good, but really was secondary to the black bean cakes.  They were served with Lime Crema and Chunky Guacamole.

Mr. H ate 3 or 4 of them, sans the Guacamole and said that they reminded him of the black bean burgers you can get at Chili's.  The good thing is that there are enough leftovers for me to take for lunch tomorrow.
