Ok - I made the Cranberry Spice Bread - recipe can be found about 3 posts below. It is tasty, not too sweet and reminds me of the consistency of gingerbread. The only problem is I substituted a cup of my frozen cranberries where it calls for the dried and don't think that it has enough cranberries. Will probably use 1 1/2 to 2 cups next time to boost the cranberry taste. I also didn't have the light molasses and used dark Grandma's Molasses which probably made the bread a darker color than it is supposed to be. The recipe is a keeper and I'm currently cooking a second loaf that I will freeze and take to my parents. Can't you just see real sweet cream butter melted and dripping off the slice? It also compliments a nice hot cup of coffee well.
