To the lady in the maroon Lumina who ran into me while I was sitting still at a red light on 377 (and had been for several minutes), didn't pull over when I did to see if we were ok and when I pulled up to you at the next light you wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge that I was waving at you.  I had my 6 month old daughter in the SUV with me.  When I checked you didn't damage my vehicle, but I hope that my drop hitch punched a hole in your radiator for not pulling over .  I got your license plate number and think that my neck is starting to hurt.
